These Terms govern your access to and use of the Jilijj platform. By registering an account or using the platform you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these Terms. Jilijj may amend these Terms from time to time; amendments take effect upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and any other policy, the Terms prevail.
You must be at least 18 years old or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to participate in online gambling. The platform is intended for personal use only; you must not act on behalf of any third party. Jilijj reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these Terms. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Each person is allowed to hold a single account. If a duplicate account is opened, Jilijj may close all related accounts and reclaim any funds as permitted by law.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Login details should not be shared. Jilijj may offer two factor authentication to enhance security. The platform may temporarily suspend an account for security reviews or suspected breaches.
Wagers must be funded from funds that are available in the user’s account. Bets placed without sufficient balance are invalid. Once a wager is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except as permitted by these Terms, such as errors in results. Jilijj’s records are the final authority on wagering. Winnings are subject to applicable taxes and must be reported by the user. Jilijj may adjust or void wagers in cases of error, fraud or system malfunction.
Jilijj does not extend credit to players. Deposits must be funded from the player's own funds. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the payment method and are shown at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited promptly; withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. Jilijj may request identity documents or other information to verify identity. Failure to provide requested documents may result in withholding of withdrawals or confiscation of funds. Third party payment methods are generally prohibited; funds from third parties may be confiscated. Winnings are paid to the account balance and withdrawals are subject to anti fraud checks.
Bonus Money refers to promotional funds that are not immediately withdrawable. Conversion to withdrawable funds depends on the specific promotion terms. The standard rollover for bonus funds is 20x of the combined deposit and bonus. Wagers are drawn from cash balances first; if cash is insufficient, wagering may be sourced from the bonus balance. Some game types or bets may not count toward turnover requirements, as described in the promotion terms. Each promotion may contain its own eligibility criteria and wagering rules. Jilijj reserves the right to audit activity; non compliance may result in withholding, reclaiming of bonuses and winnings, and potential administrative charges.
Jilijj promotes responsible gambling. Users may set timeouts or self exclusion periods. Self exclusion will close the affected account and prevent further play on that account. Users must disclose other accounts they hold; Jilijj will take reasonable steps to prevent new accounts, but cannot be liable for losses on other accounts. The software and all content on the platform are owned by Jilijj or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the platform for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. No resale, reverse engineering or distribution is allowed.
Jilijj collects personal data as described in its Privacy Policy. Data may be processed for identity verification, financial transactions, security, and regulatory compliance. By using the platform you consent to such processing. Jilijj implements reasonable safeguards to protect personal data and may transfer data to jurisdictions with varying data protection standards as required by law or regulation.
Disputes must be raised in writing and will be addressed by Jilijj’s support and compliance teams. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the governing law. The Terms are governed by the laws of the country of incorporation of Jilijj; the venue for disputes is the courts of that jurisdiction.
Jilijj may suspend or terminate a user’s account for any reason including breach of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity. Upon termination remaining balance may be refunded in accordance with the applicable payment method, subject to verification and compliance checks. Bonuses and promotional credits may be forfeited on termination or suspension.
All notices must be in writing and may be delivered via the platform messaging system or email to the registered address. Users must update contact details as required. Customer support is available as described in the Help Center.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jilijj and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Jilijj may assign its rights under these Terms. Force majeure may excuse performance. No waiver of rights shall be effective unless in writing.
